Class Fee

Class fee & Drop-in Fee will be charge differently subject to the location.

Bookings are required to not only guarantee your space but to ensure the classes are tailored to suit the individuals in it.
Prepare Yourself
Before Class
~ Wear loose & comfortable clothing / yoga attire
~ Arrive 10 minutes earlier before class start
~ Refrain from having heavy meal for at least 1-2 hours before attending the class
~ Turn off your cell phones during class
~ Bring your yoga mat, long/light towel & 2 yoga blocks
~ Inform the teacher before class if you have any serious health problem such as neck, back, spine or joint injuries and etc
~ Ladies should not do practice during menses flow. It can disrupt or stop menses. If insisting on practicing,inverted postures should be avoided
~ Bring your smile and an open mind.
